I have purchased at least 20 vehicles through dealerships over my life and NEVER have I had a more positive experience! From the time I walked in the door until I drove away in my new car was less than 2 hours -simply unheard of. My only communication with the dealership prior to going there was to find out if the vehicle I was interested in was still on the lot and to set up an appointment. Tia and Crystal were PHENOMENAL and efficient! I have highly recommended them to anyone who has asked me about my new purchase. They are both an extreme asset to Key Auto and should be recognized as such!

Great phone conversation with the sales consultant, that stated the purchase process. Very attentive to customer needs and a great advocate to deliver value from various market options. No Push sell or pressure sale. Transparent pricing. Clear and Timely communication. Smooth vehicle delivery and handover process. People are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. It's a pleasure to do business with them.

My car was due for oil change and when I scheduled I could only go in on Monday but I decided to call them and as fantastic and amazing as they always display excellent customer service, my oil change appointment was arranged same day. Guess what, I went an hour late but they welcomed me with great smiles and my car was out with fresh engine oil in less than 30minutes.
